Validated Medical Outcomes Data Collection

This program allows Validated Outcomes Measures to be collected from patients on a Computer Kiosk, without the need for paper forms or expensive and time consuming office support staff. The program runs on any Computer touch Screen, allowing patients to navigate to the correct form and input their data utilizing a touch screen and an intuitive patient-computer interface. Patients need no computer experience in order to easily enter data reliably. This allows data to be easily collected for Pay for Performance Measures without additional support staff. The Program includes automated Patient Callback Functions, Query, Scoring and Graphing of Data, and easily built Questionnaires using Form Designer©.

All data is complete! Navigation is one screen per question. The only way to finish a questionnaire is to complete it.
When the patient is done, the form is automatically scored and a histogram of the scores is viewed by the patient on the same screen. This can be printed for review along with their prior scores. This allows patients to participate in, and understand their treatment completely.
Data is stored in SQL format, and the program is ODBC compliant to allow connections to be made to other databases such as Electronic Medical Records.

Utilizing MedAutoExport©, Patient demographics are imported from native office billing systems. This eliminates duplicate data entry and provides a means for secure patient log-on.
