X-Ray Manager ©
|
| Automate X-Ray
Processing, by creating
patient logs, film logs, check
in and out logs, and
associated doctor and film
jacket logs. All paper
logs are eliminated. The
program tracks patient
shielding, films taken,
including number and size of
films used. Reports are
easily generated to track
films checked in or out of the
office, Patient shielding and
film use by doctor. The
information is easily entered
with a few mouse clicks, and
all of the necessary data is
printed on an address label
which is flashed for the X-Ray
film labeling. Name labels are
generated to label the film
jacket. There are
multiple cost and time
efficiencies afforded, and the
end result is higher X-Ray
technician efficiency and
productivity, with the
elimination of paper records
and cumbersome documentation.
Because this is also linked to
the patient billing system,
the patient list is easily
accessed and the patient is
brought up by typing in a few
letters of their last name.
The program may stand alone,
or it may be used with
MedAutoExport©. When
used without
MedAutoExport©,
all new patient names
and birth dates require input.
Return visit X-Rays are easily
added to the "Patient Jacket"
and are stored within the
X-Ray Manager Database.
MedAutoExport©
creates an instant connection
from your native billing
software, so that Patient
Demographics need not be
entered again to be accessed
in the X-ray Manager.
This program may be utilized
for tracking analog films and
flashing patient label data
onto them, with check in/out.
Alternatively the program acts
as a digital archive and
database for use with
digital processing systems in
Standard DICOM or DICOM 3
format, and from one to
multiple physician users.
The program utilizes simple
intuitive tools for use and an
easily understood interface.
MedAutoExport©
can be used in digital systems
as well, to connect legacy
billing software systems (i.e.Medical
Manager) for demographic
input.
We are currently adding the digital film capability to this system, which will then act as a digital archiving software solution or PACS system of high quality and low cost unlike the current PACS systems whose costs are prohibitive and whose tools are often poorly designed. Our newest version of X-Ray Manger© will eventually be able to open all major digital film reader DICOM formats, allowing interface to Fujifilm, Siemens, GE, and Agfa. Price: $499.00 per Computer |
